Vicky's journey into the world of personal development began with a financial scare brought on by the 2009 banking crash. Faced with uncertainty, she embarked on a quest for answers and deeper understanding. Her journey started with an interest in NLP, exploring it with Sue Knight.
Venturing into trance work with Stephen Gillighan, explored the depths of meditation with Dr. Joe Dispenza, and eventually stumbled upon the profound works of Sydney Banks and the 3 Principles.
One of the core realisations that emerged from her journey is the understanding that the world is experienced from the inside out. Our perceptions are not shaped by external circumstances but by our thinking. This paradigm shift completely transformed Vicky's life and how she relates to the world.
